Academic Advisors for Physics, Astronomy, and Astrophysics
If your primary major is Physics, Astronomy, Astrophysics, please refer to the lists below to find the name of your faculty advisor in the Department of Physics & Astronomy. Meeting with a faculty advisor is required upon reaching 90 credit hours. Prior to reaching 90 credit hours, meeting with a faculty advisor is optional, but you are very welcome to reach out to your faculty advisor with any questions.
Advising for spring terms usually begins in October. Advising for summer and fall terms usually begins in March. Please watch for information from your advisor about how to schedule an appointment.
Please note: University Scholars and Science Research Fellows are highly encouraged to visit a physics advisor in addition to your program advisor.
